Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

Returns Process

In the first instance do please email alicehubblemusic@gmail.com to discuss your order. From this we will confirm the return shipping address.

All returns must be posted within a month of receiving our email confirming the refund. All returned items must be in a new and unsued condition. Items that show visible signs of use cannot be refunded

Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchange

After receiving your return we will process your refund or postage of exchange item. Please allow at least seven days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notifiy you by email when your return has been processed.
